Biography

Roman Pacheco, a 20 year litigator practices in the firm’s California and Nevada offices. A seasoned litigator, Mr. Pacheco represents clients ranging from small businesses to multi-million dollar corporations including general contractors, design professionals, international retailers, real estate developers, and property owners. He specializes in a broad range of complex matters including design and construction defect claims, contractor payment disputes, contract breach, commercial and residential real property disputes, business disputes, fraud, personal injury claims, and employment disputes. Mr. Pacheco’s representation of clients extends to disputes handled through the alternative dispute resolution processes of arbitration and mediation. Mr. Pacheco is a results-driven litigator focused on cost-effective case management including the strategic use of law and motion and arbitration to resolve disputes effectively and efficiently for his clients.

In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Pacheco also advises business clients on a variety of licensing, employment, intellectual property, and other matters.

Mr. Pacheco received his juris doctor from the University of Southern California Law School in 1998 following his magna cum laude graduation from Temple University in 1994. He is licensed to practice in California (1998) and Nevada (2006).
