Calvin Zhou is a litigation attorney in the firm’s Aliso Viejo office where he works on the defense of complex litigation matters, including general business litigation, insurance defense, construction defect, insurance subrogation, indemnity, insurance coverage disputes, and risk transfer. Mr. Zhou has also represented employers in employment related litigation and defended insurers and their insured in automotive insurance defense matters. Additionally, Mr. Zhou has also assisted in defending government entities in tax and seizure related matters and individual clients in civil and criminal proceedings. Mr. Zhou is qualified in complex case management; fact investigation and analysis; drafting pleadings and discovery; preparing motions; and trial preparation.
Mr. Zhou received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Irvine School of Law in 2014. He double majored in Psychology and Political Science at U.C. Irvine and received his undergraduate degrees in 2009. Mr. Zhou is admitted to practice law before all state courts in California.
