Carol Knoblow has more than 25 years of experience in complex civil litigation and business transactions. She has represented clients of all sizes, including employers, manufacturers, cosmetic, reconstructive and orthopaedic surgeons, insurers, insurance, health insurance and real estate agents and brokers, property owners and developers, general contractors and subcontractors, non-profit organizations and Fortune 500 companies. Ms. Knoblow has significant litigation, arbitration, mediation and trial experience, particularly in the areas of employment, products liability, medical malpractice, insurance coverage, insurance bad faith defense, subrogation and indemnification actions, defamation and intellectual property actions. She also has experience in analyzing and preparing coverage opinions in the movie, recording and television entertainment industry.
Ms. Knoblow focuses her practice on business litigation, insurance coverage, employment, products liability, real estate acquisition and lease transactions, and all aspects of property development and construction. She regularly advises clients regarding employment matters, insurance coverage, healthcare issues, products liability, contract negotiations and claims avoidance.
Ms. Knoblow serves as a State Project Leader for the National Patient Advocate Foundation wherein she has served as a member of the Elite President’s Council. She also has volunteered her time as a Los Angeles Superior Court appointed mediator and Pepperdine University School of Law Moot Court Competition judge.
Ms. Knoblow received her Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University School of Law (1990), and received her undergraduate degree from Allegheny College, wherein she was an Alden scholar. Ms. Knoblow is licensed to practice in California.
