Dawn A. Hove is a partner in the firm’s Orange County office bringing nearly 10 years of experience in complex civil litigation. She has represented many of the world’s largest insurance companies, Fortune 500 companies, private developers, international general contractors, large scale subcontractors, and well known public entities. Ms. Hove has been a key litigator in many of the Firm’s most significant and challenging cases where her skills have contributed to the successful resolution of many multi-million dollar cases involving commercial properties, mixed-used high-rise projects, residential construction developments, and private government subcontractors. She represents a broad range of private and public sector clients in complex construction defect, insurance coverage, products liability and casualty defense, environmental claims, risk transfer and employment claims. Putting this practice to use, Ms. Hove has tried cases in California, Hawaii, and Washington State.
Certified in Intellectual Property Law, Ms. Hove routinely handles federal trademark registrations for the firm’s clients as well as providing support for the firm’s emerging internet company clients. Ms. Hove also handles privacy rights defense and private governmental contractor issues.
Ms. Hove received her Juris Doctorate Cum Laude from Whittier Law School in 2005 after earning her undergraduate degree from Concordia University-Irvine. Ms. Hove is licensed to practice in California (2005) and Washington (2015).
