Enas Mahmoud is a litigation attorney in the firm’s Aliso Viejo office where she works on the defense of complex litigation matters, including general business litigation, insurance defense, construction defect, insurance subrogation, indemnity, insurance coverage disputes, and risk transfer. Ms. Mahmoud is qualified in complex case management; fact investigation and analysis; drafting pleadings and discovery; preparing motions; and trial preparation. Before joining Palumbo Lawyers, Ms. Mahmoud worked for the United States Department of Justice on a major civil matter where she received the Attorney General’s Award for her involvement and contributions, and where she worked on matters involving complex securities, mortgage and corporate governance issues, matters of successor liability, bank examiner privilege, and fair housing lending laws and assisted in developing various criminal and civil theories and causes of action.
Ms. Mahmoud received her Juris Doctorate and certificate in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University School of Law in 2012. She received her undergraduate degree from California State University of Fullerton in 2008. Ms. Mahmoud is licensed to practice in California (2012) and is admitted to appear before all state and federal courts where she is admitted to practice.
